We are pleased to announce that SUBSIDY AGREEMENT No. 338/2014/28 / OP / wb / D on co-financing the task Plant your tree – autumn 2014 edition ”
in the form of a subsidy to cover 80% of the costs of the above-mentioned task up to the amount of PLN 245,494.40
under Priority No. 4. Protection of biodiversity and ecosystem functions (OP) was signed by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice and our Foundation
on October 20, 2014.
In connection with the above, we provide the list of entities that have been granted funding, attached. List of beneficiaries In addition, all participants of the action will receive individual electronic notifications about the conclusion by the Foundation of an agreement with WFOŚiGW in Katowice on granting co-financing for the task.
(We would like to remind you that this year the Foundation resigned from concluding agreements with participants of the action) The notification will also include the date of sending the report on the implementation of the action to the address of our Ecological Foundation “Silesia”. The current report template with an attachment in the form of a statement. (updated templates are also available below in the files to be downloaded after obtaining the grant) and documentation for the settlement of the granted funds allowing the grant to be transferred.
For the record, we would like to inform you that the final date for submitting the report and settlement documentation is November 16, 2014. (the date of the postmark counts)
